Get cell ids — getCellIds • cypro

Using the ... options the stats data can be subsetted in the style of dplyr::filter().

getCellIds(object, ..., phase = NULL)

Arguments

object

object	A valid cypro object.
...	<`data-masking`> Expressions that return a logical value, and are defined in terms of the variables in `.data`. If multiple expressions are included, they are combined with the `&` operator. Only rows for which all conditions evaluate to `TRUE` are kept.
phase	Character or numeric. If character, the ordinal value referring to the phase of interest (e.g. 'first', 'second' etc.). referring to the phase of interest or 'all'. If numeric, the number referring to the phase. If set to NULL takes the phase denoted as default with `adjustDefault()`. Ignored if the experiment design contains only one phase.
